Epstein's FBI Informant File, Auto-Draft Registration, and the Consciousness Kill Switch: SITREP April 15

// TL;DR

An FBI confidential human source told agents in 2017 that Jeffrey Epstein managed Vladimir Putin's wealth and that Donald Trump had lunch at Epstein's property in spring 2015. I also break down what the December 2026 automatic Selective Service registration law actually says versus what the Daily Mail reported, and cover NOAA's finding that March 2026 was the hottest March in over a century, averaging more than 9 degrees above normal nationwide.

// CHAPTERS

  1. 0:03Intro: The Question Underneath Everything I open by noting that every story in this broadcast, across different topics and countries, shares one underlying question: who benefits from what you see, and who benefits when you look away.
  2. 1:00Draft Registration 2026: Debunking the Panic I break down what a law passed in late 2025 actually does, distinguishing automatic Selective Service registration starting December 2026 from an active military draft, and call out misleading reporting by the Daily Mail.
  3. 5:07War Business Commentary and 401k Blind Item I cover a Crazy Days and Nights blind item from April 2, 2026 speculating that 401k funds were raided to buy AI assets that have since crashed, and pair it with a clip of a financial analyst saying war is good for business, just not for people inside the business plan.
  4. 7:09Hottest March on Record: NOAA Data I report NOAA's finding that March 2026 was the hottest March ever recorded in the United States, with temperatures more than 9 degrees above normal and thousands of local records broken from California to Texas.
  5. 9:12Army National Guard Funding and IMET Laboratories I flag a report that the Army National Guard disclosed a $2.4 million payment to IMET Laboratories in 2018, associated with a woman named Laurie Francke, and note the trajectory from model to secretary to tech contractor.
  6. 9:31UFO Footage and Space Explorers VR Exhibit I react to footage of unidentified aerial objects and transition to covering the Space Explorers: The Infinite VR exhibit in Atlanta, which I have visited personally and which uses 200-plus hours of ISS footage for a full-scale virtual walkthrough.
  7. 15:56Artemis 2 Splashdown Watch I flag the Artemis 2 splashdown as scheduled near San Diego at approximately 5:07 PM Pacific, ask viewers in the area to document reentry, and reference the anomalous Blue Origin hatch incident as a reason to pay attention.
  8. 17:57Jeffrey Epstein FBI Tip Sheet: Putin, Trump, Mugabe I walk through a 2017 FBI confidential human source tip sheet naming Epstein as Putin's wealth manager, placing Trump at Epstein's property for lunch in spring 2015, and connecting Epstein to offshore fee-charging for clients including Mugabe.
  9. 21:00Amun, Amen, and the Egyptian Origin of a Common Word I trace the word 'amen,' spoken billions of times daily in Christian prayer, back to the Egyptian god Amun, king of the gods, whose name traveled phonetically unchanged from Egyptian temple ritual through Hebrew, Greek, Latin, and into every Christian church on Earth.
  10. 25:08Parabiosis and the Ambrosia Blood Transfusion Company I use a clip from the TV show Silicon Valley to introduce the concept of parabiosis, then point to the real company Ambrosia as evidence this is not purely fictional, noting that ownership of that company leads to a deeper trail.
  11. 31:57Epstein's Boss: The Palo Alto Email I cover an email in which Epstein tells a recipient he is heading to Palo Alto with his boss, describes the boss as close to major Silicon Valley VCs, and asks the recipient to agree on a 'benign story' for their breakup.
  12. 33:07Claustrum Study: The Brain's Consciousness Switch I cover a 2014 study in which stimulating the claustrum of an epilepsy patient instantly erased her consciousness while leaving her physically awake, and flag more recent research suggesting this region may be the key to consciousness itself.
  13. 32:42Point Nemo and the Bloop Sound Mystery I cover Point Nemo as the most remote location on Earth, more than 1,600 miles from any land, the site of over 260 crashed spacecraft on the seafloor, and the origin point of the 1997 Bloop sound anomaly.
  14. 39:39Robert the Doll and the Digital Circus Child Safety Warning I cover Robert the Doll's history at the Fort East Martello Museum in Key West and pivot to a serious child safety warning about explicit content disguised behind the Pomni character from The Amazing Digital Circus circulating on social media.
  15. 49:24Tornado Warning, Flood Footage, and Harrods Escalator Close I relay a severe weather alert for Dallas, Kansas City, and Chicago, run flood montage footage, and close with the 1898 Harrods escalator installation as a mirror to modern technological anxiety, before tying the broadcast back to its opening theme of observation and who profits from what we see.

The Question Running Under Every Story in This Broadcast

Every story I put together today covers a different topic, a different country in some cases. But there is one question underneath all of it: who actually benefits from what you see, and who benefits when you look the other way.

That thread, observation and its absence, runs from the Jeffrey Epstein FBI tip sheet to the NOAA temperature anomaly data to the claustrum consciousness study. The broadcast is structured around that single axis.

Automatic Draft Registration December 2026: What the Law Actually Says

News outlets including the Daily Mail have been reporting that a rule change arriving around Christmas 2026 will require all eligible American men to register for the military draft. The framing has been alarming. Most of it is misleading.

Here is what is true. A law was passed in late 2025 that changes how Selective Service registration works. Starting around December 2026, the government will automatically register eligible men aged 18 to 25 rather than requiring them to sign up themselves. Failure to register has carried penalties for decades: up to $250,000 in fines, five years in prison, and loss of access to federal programs.

Here is what is not true. This does not mean a draft is starting. The United States has not conducted a draft since the Vietnam era in the 1970s. Being automatically registered does not mean you are being drafted. The law changes the enrollment mechanism, not the activation status. A British newspaper reporting on this while the global economy is already on edge and war feels imminent should prompt the obvious question about who benefits from that particular panic.

Crazy Days and Nights 401k Blind Item and the War Business Commentary

On Thursday, April 2, 2026, the celebrity blind-item site Crazy Days and Nights departed from its usual content to publish something different. The post asked: what if your 401k had nothing in it? The numbers show everything that should be there, but what about the actual cash?

The blind item speculated that funds were raided to purchase AI-related assets that have since crashed, and that there were meetings on Capitol Hill about whether the government might need to replace the missing cash. Donald Trump posted an image of New York in 1929 around the same time, right before the markets looked strong and then fell. Whether that is coincidence, insider signaling, or something else entirely is a question I am leaving open.

A financial analyst clip I pulled pairs cleanly with this. Asked whether a deadline Trump had set, described as one that threatened to destroy a civilization, represented upside or downside risk for investors, the analyst said: upside. War is great for business. Just not for the people living inside the business plan.

NOAA Data: March 2026 Was the Hottest March in Over a Century

According to NOAA, March 2026 was the hottest March ever recorded in the United States, and not by a small margin. Temperatures averaged more than 9 degrees above normal nationwide, making it the most abnormally warm month in over a century.

Thousands of records fell. Areas across the West hit triple digits months ahead of schedule. Dozens of cities from California to Texas logged their warmest March on record. Extreme heat is arriving earlier and hitting harder. The UK also reportedly recorded its hottest April in 80 years in the same period.

Army National Guard's $2.4 Million Payment to IMET Laboratories

A report I covered flags a 2018 disclosure in which the Army National Guard confirmed it paid $2.4 million to IMET Laboratories, a company associated with a woman named Laurie Francke.

What makes this worth noting in the context of this broadcast is the trajectory: from model, to secretary, to receiving millions in tech contracts from the National Guard. Whether that is standard procurement or something worth a closer look is a question I am leaving on the table.

Jeffrey Epstein FBI Tip Sheet: Putin, Trump, Mugabe, and the 2017 CHS File

The most significant document I covered in this broadcast is an FBI tip sheet from 2017. This is not a standard public tip submission. It comes from what the FBI designates a confidential human source, the kind of informant used to expose organized crime figures like John Gotti. These are people the FBI is actively working with and has assessed as credible.

Here is what the informant told the FBI in 2017, verbatim from the document. Jeffrey Epstein had a compound in New Mexico where he lured and video-recorded underage women. Epstein was President Vladimir Putin's wealth manager and provided the same service for Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe. Epstein had some connection to an individual at MIT Media Lab, though the source was unsure of the details. Epstein made his money charging clients fees to hide money offshore. Epstein knew former President Bill Clinton and was very close to Donald Trump. In the spring of 2015, Trump had just been to Epstein's property for lunch.

Trump has publicly claimed he expelled Epstein from his club. His legal team has since walked that back, saying Epstein was never technically a member and the expulsion did not happen as described. The 2017 FBI informant file now places Trump at Epstein's property in spring 2015, the year before Trump launched his presidential campaign. I have also covered testimonies from alleged survivors who stated Trump was at Epstein's island during his first presidency, and reports in the files that contact between the two continued through Trump's first term.

The mainstream media has not covered this document. I want to be precise about the evidentiary weight here: this is a CHS tip, not a court finding, not a corroborated investigation conclusion. But a confidential human source the FBI is actively working with made these claims on the record in 2017. That is not nothing. The FBI does not leak what it does not want leaked. If it implicates someone, that was the plan.

Epstein's Boss: The Palo Alto Email and the Unnamed Power Above Him

An email I covered, written by Epstein himself, contains a line that has not received enough attention. Epstein writes: 'I'm heading out to Palo Alto next with my boss.' He describes this unnamed boss as someone who is close to the big venture capital firms in Silicon Valley, and says some of them already know of their relationship.

He then asks the recipient to agree on a 'benign story for our breakup.' That is not the language of a man who was running his own operation independently. The people whose names and faces you know are the scapegoats. The nameless and faceless are the real powers. I do not know who the boss is. But the email confirms one existed.

Separately, footage from Les Wexner's attorney, who also referenced Elie de Rothschild, showed the attorney describing clients who claimed Epstein was providing financial advice to the founders of Google, to Jeff Bezos, and to other high-profile figures. The attorney appeared to be in a situation, as I put it, where he had nothing to lose. When monsters have nothing to lose, they eat each other.

Amun, Amen, and the 5,000-Year Phonetic Continuity

The word you say at the end of every prayer, every hymn, and every grace before dinner did not start in Christianity. It started in Egypt. His name is Amun, spelled Amen in many texts, and he was the king of the Egyptian gods. His title was the hidden one, not hidden as absent but hidden as the invisible force so fundamental to reality that it cannot be directly perceived.

When Egyptian priests concluded their most sacred invocations, they sealed them with his name. Not as an afterthought but as the capstone that locked the prayer into divine reality. The word then traveled from Egyptian temple ritual into Hebrew tradition, from Hebrew into Greek, Greek into Latin, and Latin into every Christian church on Earth.

Phonetically identical across 5,000 years and roughly half a dozen civilizations. Billions of people say it every day thinking they are saying 'so be it.' Every time you say amen, you are speaking a word that priests were using to seal sacred space before the pyramids were finished.

Parabiosis, Blood Transfusion Youth Theory, and the Ambrosia Company

A clip from the HBO series Silicon Valley shows a character casually explaining parabiosis to a visitor: regular transfusions of blood from a younger, physically fit donor can significantly slow the aging process. The show treated it as a dark joke about Silicon Valley excess.

But as I have said before, these ideas get hidden inside comedy and entertainment because they are true. If you search the company Ambrosia, which operated a parabiosis blood transfusion service for paying clients, you will find it existed. If you look at who owned it, the trail goes deeper. I am leaving that for another day, but the starting point is documented.

The Claustrum Study: Scientists Found a Consciousness Off Switch in 2014

In 2014, researchers studying a woman with severe epilepsy stimulated a tiny part of her brain called the claustrum. The second they activated it, she stopped. No movement, no speech, nothing. She appeared fully awake but was completely gone internally. When they stopped the stimulation, she came back instantly with no memory of the interruption.

More recent studies suggest the claustrum may be the key to consciousness itself, meaning researchers believe they may be one step closer to controlling it externally. That is genuinely alarming. Your entire personality, your thoughts, your sense of reality, all controlled by something smaller than your fingernail. And if it is disrupted, even briefly, you would not know.

Point Nemo: Spacecraft Graveyard, Bloop Origin, and 260 Wrecks on the Seafloor

Point Nemo is a coordinate in the South Pacific that is farther from land than any other point on Earth. The nearest landmasses are 1,600 miles away in any direction. If you were on a boat at Point Nemo, the closest humans to you would be astronauts aboard the International Space Station.

Because of that remoteness, space agencies use Point Nemo as a spacecraft graveyard. Old satellites and decommissioned spacecraft are deliberately crashed here to avoid populated areas. There are more than 260 spacecraft on the seafloor at this location.

Point Nemo is also where the Bloop was detected in 1997, an underwater sound louder and deeper than any known whale call. It was officially attributed to ice fracturing in Antarctica, though that explanation remains contested. We have not explored the whole ocean. What is down there with those 260 wrecks is genuinely unknown.

Robert the Doll, Haunted Objects, and the Fort East Martello Museum

Robert the Doll sits in the Fort East Martello Museum in Key West, Florida, and visitors are given one specific instruction: ask Robert's permission before photographing him. The museum holds hundreds of letters sent from around the world, all from people apologizing to the doll and asking him to lift a curse they believe he placed on them.

Robert originally belonged to a boy named Robert Eugene Otto. Gene would talk to the doll, and people in the household claimed the doll talked back. Furniture moved. Toys were destroyed. When asked what happened, Gene said: Robert did it. Servants reported seeing the doll move. Neighbors said it watched them from windows. After Gene died, the next family reported the doll walking the house at night.

My honest question about all of this is why anything metaphysical would care about a doll. I do not think it would. But hundreds of letters to an inanimate object is a data point about human psychology worth sitting with.

Child Safety Warning: Explicit Content Hidden Behind The Amazing Digital Circus

This is the warning I want parents to take seriously. Explicit adult content has been disguised behind the Pomni character from The Amazing Digital Circus and is circulating on social media platforms. The content is being surfaced to children through filter interfaces that look innocent at first tap.

Psychiatrists quoted in the reporting I covered say that exposure of this kind rewires the same brain regions as illicit substances, produces symptoms identical to PTSD, and causes lasting psychological damage that researchers say mirrors the effects of direct abuse. The content was still up on a platform where the majority of commenters and viewers appear to be elementary school-aged children.

Keep children off these apps. I keep saying it.

Severe Weather Alert: Dallas, Kansas City, Chicago Tornado and Flood Risk

A severe weather system was forecast to hit millions of people across the US, with flash floods, strong storms, and possible tornadoes. Cities named in the risk zone included Dallas, Kansas City, and Chicago.

The underestimated danger in these events is not always the tornado. It is the flooding, particularly for drivers who encounter standing water on roads. If you are in any of those areas, check your weather app and do not take chances. Tornado season in Texas runs April through June, which puts this squarely in the peak window.

1898 Harrods Escalator and the Closing Thread: Who Is Watching?

In 1898, the world's first escalator was installed at Harrods department store in London. People genuinely believed the experience might be too much for the human body. Men reaching the top were handed brandy. Women were given smelling salts in case they fainted.

A BMW facility ran a humanoid robot on 10-hour shifts for five straight months, building cars without breaks, without complaints, without pay or healthcare costs. That is not a test run. Factories that once employed hundreds now run on two supervisors and machines. The people getting left behind are not a side effect of that progress. They are the cost of it.

The thread connecting everything in this broadcast is observation. Who is watching? Who actually profits from what you see, and whether any of it exists the way you have been told? The universe, as one of the clips I covered argued, needs a witness just to exist. The question is whether we are watching the right things to begin with.

// FAQ

What did the FBI informant say about Jeffrey Epstein and Vladimir Putin?
A confidential human source working with the FBI told agents in 2017 that Jeffrey Epstein served as Vladimir Putin's wealth manager and provided the same offshore financial service to Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe. This claim comes from a specific FBI tip sheet I reviewed; it is sourced to a single CHS file and has not been independently corroborated in court proceedings.
Did Donald Trump visit Jeffrey Epstein's property in 2015?
According to the same 2017 FBI confidential human source tip sheet, in the spring of 2015 Trump had just been to Epstein's property for lunch. Trump's legal team has previously walked back claims that Epstein was expelled from Mar-a-Lago, saying Epstein was never technically a member. I have also covered separate testimonies from alleged survivors placing Trump at Epstein's island during his first presidency.
Is there a military draft coming in December 2026?
No. A law passed in late 2025 changes how Selective Service registration works: starting around December 2026, men aged 18 to 25 will be automatically enrolled rather than having to register themselves. This does not activate a draft. The United States has not conducted a draft since the Vietnam era in the 1970s. Being registered is a precondition for a draft, not a draft order itself.
What is the Bloop sound detected near Point Nemo?
The Bloop was an underwater sound detected in 1997 at Point Nemo, the most remote location on Earth, more than 1,600 miles from any land. It was louder and deeper than any recorded whale call. Scientists officially attributed it to the sound of ice fracturing in Antarctica, but that explanation remains contested, partly because we have explored only a fraction of the deep ocean.
What did the 2014 claustrum brain study find about consciousness?
In 2014, researchers studying a woman with severe epilepsy stimulated the claustrum, a small region of the brain. She instantly lost consciousness while remaining physically awake, with no memory of the interruption when stimulation stopped. More recent studies suggest the claustrum may be the key to consciousness itself. The implication is that awareness can potentially be switched off externally, which researchers say brings us closer to understanding, and possibly controlling, consciousness.
Who is Robert the Doll and where is he kept?
Robert the Doll is a haunted object that belongs to the original owner Robert Eugene Otto, who as a child reportedly heard the doll speak and blamed it for household disturbances. Robert now resides at the Fort East Martello Museum in Key West, Florida. The museum holds hundreds of letters from visitors around the world who believe they suffered bad luck or worse after photographing the doll without first asking its permission.
What is the origin of the word 'amen' according to the Egyptian god Amun?
The word 'amen,' used to close prayers across Christianity, traces back to Amun, the king of the Egyptian gods, whose name appears as Amen in many ancient texts. Egyptian priests sealed sacred invocations with his name as a closing capstone. The word traveled phonetically unchanged from Egyptian ritual into Hebrew tradition, then Greek, Latin, and every Christian church on Earth, a continuous chain spanning roughly 5,000 years.
What was NOAA's hottest March on record finding for 2026?
NOAA data shows that March 2026 was the hottest March ever recorded in the United States, with temperatures averaging more than 9 degrees above normal nationwide. Thousands of local records fell, areas in the West hit triple digits months ahead of schedule, and dozens of cities from California to Texas recorded their warmest March in history.
