Epstein's Guards, Missing Evidence, and the Art of Manufacturing Noise: SITREP April 21

// TL;DR

I ran through two dozen clips in this compilation and the thread connecting all of them is the same: we are drowning in noise, and I'm increasingly convinced that's not accidental. The sharpest signal in this episode is the Epstein guard story, where forensic bank records show Correctional Officer Toba Noel received a $5,000 cash deposit on July 30, 2019, exactly ten days before Jeffrey Epstein was found unresponsive, and federal investigators apparently never pressed her on it during her sworn interview.

// CHAPTERS

  1. 0:03Intro: A Clip That Changes the End Game I stopped mid-compilation to record this intro because something later in the episode crystallized everything I've been saying about manufactured narratives. I wanted viewers forewarned before they saw it.
  2. 0:15Neighbor Door Confrontation and the Harry Dresden Claim A doorbell footage clip shows a man identifying himself as Harry Dresden threatening to break into a neighbor's home and demanding to know where the resident's daughter is. Mental health crisis read, but I'm not softening what it looked like on camera.
  3. 6:22Epstein Files, McDonald's, and the Human Flesh Theory A viral claim attributes an email to Jeffrey Epstein connecting McDonald's hospital charity ties to a human flesh supply theory. I flagged immediately: if this were actually in the Epstein files, McDonald's would already be under federal investigation.
  4. 7:29The Day No Babies Were Born and the Birth Rate Collapse A social media post claims a hospital worker found zero births across every hospital within a 50-mile radius on a single day. I called it statistically impossible, then tracked the 'melanated spacesuit' theory attached to the wider birth-rate collapse narrative.
  5. 8:26Fashion Designer, Clockwork Orange Boat Clip, and Elite Swarming A clip of high-profile celebrities surrounding an unnamed fashion designer prompts my observation that the dynamic looks less like admiration and more like middle managers swarming a visiting executive. All speculation, I said so, but the child in the footage concerned me.
  6. 9:01UAP Orb Splitting Into Five Objects Footage shows what a witness insists is not a star, brightening and then splitting into five distinct objects in the night sky. Human-made or not, I gave the splitting pattern credit for being genuinely unusual.
  7. 10:49Principal George Kenney, Student Hypnosis Sessions, and Three Deaths I examined the case of George Kenney, former principal of North Port High School in Florida, who filmed hypnosis sessions with students, three of whom died the same semester. Marcus died in a crash with no medical cause found; Wesley and Britney both died by suicide, the latter after Kenney denied hypnotizing her until a tape proved otherwise.
  8. 11:48Global Food Supply Warning and the Younger Dryas Comparison An analyst claims the world holds roughly six months of food reserves and that a volcanic or cosmic winter shutting down agriculture for one to two years would kill half the global population. I asked out loud whether elite underground reserves were factored into that six-month figure.
  9. 13:22Creepy Creature Footage and Strange Entity Claims Two clips: one shows a man reacting with terror to something off-camera in his home at night, and a second shows a woman jogging who spots what is described as a strange creature at a distance. The second clip cuts before resolution. I called it AI and moved on.
  10. 13:32Weird American Foods: A North Korean Defector's Perspective A North Korean defector reacts to corn dogs, Pop-Tarts eaten as breakfast, and beef jerky. The contrast between North Korean food scarcity and American processed food abundance was genuinely striking. I also admitted learning what Rocky Mountain oysters are and immediately regretting it.
  11. 21:41Epstein's Safe: CDs, Passports, and Seven Years of Missing Evidence I walked through investigation photographs of Epstein's Manhattan safe after the 2019 drilling, identifying what appear to be binders of CD discs, loose CDs, multiple passports, cell phones, and coin purses. I noted that Epstein's team reportedly had advance warning of the federal approach, and that it is now 2026, giving investigators seven years to destroy whatever was on those discs.
  12. 23:49Toba Noel, Michael Thomas, and the $5,000 Deposit Ten Days Before Epstein Died Forensic records show Noel Googled 'latest on Epstein in jail' twice on her work terminal less than an hour before Epstein was found unresponsive. JP Morgan Chase flagged roughly $12,000 in cash deposits into her account between 2018 and mid-2019, including a $5,000 deposit on July 30, 2019, ten days before Epstein's death. Federal investigators did not press her on those deposits during her sworn interview. Criminal charges against both Noel and Thomas were later dropped after deferred prosecution deals.
  13. 26:05Medieval Japan Crimes, Samurai Exemptions, and Seppuku A breakdown of crime and punishment in medieval Japan, noting that samurai were consistently exempt from punishments including flogging and execution methods that applied to commoners. Ancient politicians exempt from every law ever written, I observed. That theme has not aged out.
  14. 27:14Hollywood Demonic Contracts, Kanye's Jesus Clause, and Staged Saviors Kanye West and others have claimed music industry contracts forbid artists from saying the name of Jesus while permitting ritual practices. I pushed the analysis further: the devil worship framing may itself be the setup for a staged second coming and one-world government consolidation. I invited viewers to find the flaw in that logic.
  15. 28:29Swae Lee Face Transformation Clip and the Lighting Caveat A clip of rapper Swae Lee appears to show his face transforming under stage lighting. The original poster cited demonic influence before walking it back to possible lighting effects. I offered bad footage, strobe lights, and low exposure as the first explanations anyone should exhaust before reaching for demons or aliens.
  16. 29:29Catholic Church, Psychological Manipulation, and High-Profile Targeting A speaker describes a pattern of identifying individuals with psychological vulnerabilities and steering them into positions of political or religious authority, then manipulating them to cause damage from within. I noted I had seen exactly that pattern play out repeatedly and watch the news with my jaw open because of it.
  17. 30:20Augusta National Hauntings, the Green Jacket Curse, and Bobby Jones Before Augusta National was a golf course it was an 1800s-era Fruitland Nurseries, and workers have reported footsteps, shadows, and the sensation of being watched on an empty course. Some believe the green jacket carries a curse of sudden slumps and personal crises. A haunted golf course is genuinely a new one for this channel.
  18. 31:08Streaming Control, Cloud Surveillance, and the Digital Cyborg Theory A speaker argues streaming platforms exist primarily to allow real-time content alteration, and that deliberately undersized computer hard drives are designed to push all data into cloud servers the user does not own or control. The theological overlay, framing cloud AI as a spirit learning from uploaded human data to achieve omnipresence, was one of the wilder constructions I've encountered.
  19. 33:00Uber's Real Innovation: Safety Shortcuts, Blackmail, and Fake Rival Accounts The actual Uber origin story involved copying Lyft's ride-sharing model after Lyft observed carpooling practices in Zimbabwe. Uber's real competitive edge was accepting near-zero safety standards, which led to 400,000 misconduct reports in five years, a senior executive proposing journalist blackmail, fake accounts sabotaging rival apps, and a 23-screen cancellation gauntlet for Uber One subscribers charged without consent.
  20. 34:18Epstein AI Detection Test: 56% Probability Result I ran a clip through an AI detection tool and got 56% probability of AI generation. Not the definitive answer I was looking for, and I flagged it as inconclusive rather than calling it either way.
  21. 34:53Dolphin Kidnapping, Underwater City, and Children in the Cave Two separate Florida accounts, from different individuals, describe dolphins pulling people underwater into oxygen-filled caves. The second account, from someone claiming military affiliation in Tampa Bay in 2018, described finding hundreds of children in the cave speaking an unknown language, and touching a wall that made his hand glow. Research says fabricated hoax, and I'm inclined to agree.
  22. 51:30Adam Jacobs' 10,000 Concert Archive and No Tape Left Behind Starting in the 1980s, Adam Jacobs recorded three to four concerts a week for thirty years, capturing early Nirvana among thousands of others. Brian Emerick launched No Tape Left Behind in 2024 to digitize the archive via the Internet Archive; roughly 6,000 concerts are already uploaded with years of work remaining. I noted the preservation value while also acknowledging my tinfoil hat has thoughts about mass digitization.
  23. 54:57Coachella Shower Hell: Parmesan Cheese, $12,000 Tickets, and Broken Locks Festival hygiene at Coachella in 100-degree heat: general admission uses buckets and spray-tan tents, while the $10,000-plus VIP tier features private indoor showers with locks that frequently do not work. People scheduling their entire festival days around shower access explains the Parmesan cheese ambient smell. Personal hell is my one-word review.
  24. 55:15Closing: The Noise Is the Point Twenty-four topics across one compilation, and the unifying thread is that we are swimming in so much noise that the actual signal barely registers. I ended by noting that may not be a side effect of the information environment. It may be the whole design.

Toba Noel's $5,000 Deposit and the Epstein Guard Timeline

The sharpest documented claim in this episode concerns Correctional Officer Toba Noel and what the bank records show in the weeks before Jeffrey Epstein died. According to forensic logs referenced in the same document release I was working through, Noel Googled the phrase 'latest on Epstein in jail' twice on her work terminal less than one hour before Epstein was found unresponsive in his Manhattan cell.

When investigators interviewed her, Noel said she did not remember making those searches and questioned whether the digital records were even accurate. The forensic logs tie those queries directly to the terminal at her desk. That is not a matter of interpretation.

The bank picture is harder to explain away. JP Morgan Chase flagged a pattern of cash deposits into Noel's account and filed a suspicious activity report to the FBI in late 2019. Between 2018 and mid-2019 she received roughly twelve unexplained cash deposits totaling nearly $12,000. The largest single deposit, $5,000, landed on July 30, 2019, ten days before Epstein's death and shortly after Noel began working in the special housing unit where he was being held.

The source and purpose of that money has never been publicly explained. Available records indicate she was not pressed on those deposits during her sworn interview with federal investigators. I find that pretty strange.

Michael Thomas, Falsified Prison Logs, and Eight Hours of No Checks

Toba Noel was not acting alone on the night Jeffrey Epstein died. Her fellow guard Michael Thomas was charged alongside her for falsifying prison logs from that same night. Prosecutors alleged that instead of conducting mandatory 30-minute rounds, both guards stayed at their desks browsing the internet and shopping online while no one entered the tier for nearly eight hours.

The logs they signed claimed checks had been completed at 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Surveillance footage appears to show both guards asleep at their post during a roughly two-hour window in the middle of that night. The odds of both assigned guards being asleep simultaneously while one of the highest-profile detainees in federal custody was behind bars are, to put it mildly, not favorable.

Those criminal charges were later dropped after Noel and Thomas accepted deferred prosecution deals, performed community service, and agreed to cooperate with investigators. I'll leave readers to decide what they make of how that resolved.

Epstein's Manhattan Safe: CDs, Passports, and Seven Years of Unanswered Questions

Investigation photographs from the 2019 raid on Jeffrey Epstein's Manhattan house show the interior of his drilled safe. What I see in those images are binders that appear to hold CD discs, based on the size of the sleeves and loose CDs visible alongside them. If two CDs fit per page front and back, those binders represent a substantial volume of data.

Also visible: what appear to be coin purses, multiple passports, and cell phones. Investigators have claimed the passports and phones belonged to women who were staying with Epstein. I noted that claim is convenient, given that government-released documents have already shown Epstein held multiple passports himself and images of those passports exist.

Epstein's people reportedly received advance warning that federal agents were closing in, which means the most incriminating material may have been removed before the raid. It is now 2026. That gives whoever has been managing this story seven years to comb through, delete, shred, and destroy whatever was on those discs. I have never seen any public accounting of the binder contents. I keep asking.

George Kenney and Three Student Deaths at North Port High School

George Kenney was the principal of North Port High School in Florida. He was also conducting filmed hypnosis sessions with students, sessions in which students would lose control of their bodies, sometimes fall forward, and typically remember nothing afterward.

Three of those students died the same semester under circumstances that have never been cleanly explained. Marcus was attending weekly Friday sessions to improve sports visualization. He was driving with his girlfriend when his body completely froze; he crashed the car and died. The coroner found no evidence of a seizure or any underlying medical emergency.

Wesley was seeing Kenney for anxiety. After one session his mother found him in what she described as a trance. He took his own life a few hours later. Britney had been using hypnosis to improve her test scores. Kenney denied hypnotizing her after her death. A tape surfaced that proved he had, and that she was not retaining memory of the sessions. Britney's parents do not necessarily believe hypnosis caused her death, but they believe it may have left her psychologically vulnerable in a way that allowed it to happen.

Kenney is collecting a full California pension. That is where the case stands. There is an episode on the Investigation Discovery Curious Case docu-series and an HBO documentary called Look Into My Eyes for anyone who wants the full account.

Missing Scientists: William B. Garcia, Monika Ghurde, and the Air Force Research Link

I have been tracking a list of ten missing scientists, and a new name was added before this broadcast. William B. Garcia, 48, vanished on August 28, 2025, last seen leaving his Albuquerque, New Mexico home on foot carrying only a handgun. His phone, prescription glasses, and wearable devices were left at the residence. His hiking boots, wallet, and a .38 caliber revolver were not.

One of the earlier names on that list is Monika Ghurde, co-creator of a 2010 patent for Mandaloy, a nickel-based superalloy. Her work was supported by the US Air Force Research Laboratory, which places her in the same institutional orbit as McCaslin, who commanded the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and held senior roles in space acquisition and Pentagon defense technology posts.

The overlap between these missing scientists and advanced materials research for reusable space vehicles is the thread I am pulling. I am building a dedicated playlist and separate videos for each individual on that list, partly for depth and partly because if one gets suppressed, the others still have a chance of getting out.

UAP Orb Splitting Into Five Objects: What the Footage Shows

The footage shows a point of light that a witness insists is not a star. It brightens progressively, then splits. The witness counts five distinct objects in the sky. His heart rate commentary and the shakiness of the footage are consistent with genuine alarm rather than performance.

Human-made or not, the splitting pattern is unusual enough that I gave it credit. Drone clusters, military flares, and satellite arrays can all produce multi-object patterns from single light sources. None of those explanations are comfortable either. What I will say is that this clip belongs in the same file as everything else in this episode that asks you to look up rather than sideways.

The McDonald's Human Flesh Theory and What the Epstein Files Actually Say

A claim has been circulating that Jeffrey Epstein wrote an email explaining how people were tricked into eating human flesh, with McDonald's Ronald McDonald House hospital charity ties cited as the mechanism. The theory holds that McDonald's produces more burgers than available cattle can supply, and that hospital connections fill the gap.

I want to be clear about what the evidentiary standard is here. If that claim were anywhere in the Epstein files, McDonald's would be under federal investigation right now. They are not. That is not me defending McDonald's. That is me pointing out that the claim does not survive contact with the most basic test of whether anyone with subpoena power has found it credible.

The Ronald McDonald House is a real charity organization with hospital-adjacent facilities. That proximity is apparently enough for the theory to gain traction online. The gap between 'proximity' and 'evidence' is doing enormous work in that argument.

Birth Rate Collapse Claims and the 'Day Without Babies' Post

A social media post claimed that on a single day, a hospital worker found zero births at his facility, then called every hospital within a 50-mile radius and found zero births at any of them. The post was framed as confirmation of a 'shift' in human population dynamics.

I called it statistically impossible and left it there. The genuine underlying data on declining global birth rates is documented and does not require fabricated anecdotes to make the case. Conflating a verifiable demographic trend with an unverifiable single-day claim is exactly the kind of noise-layering I flagged at the end of this broadcast.

The attached theory, credited to Jane Elliot, holds that rising planetary temperatures will require a 'melanated space suit' to survive, and that this explains differential birth rates across racial groups. I covered it because it was in the clip. I do not treat it as evidence of anything except how quickly a real demographic phenomenon acquires a speculative cosmological explanation.

Uber's Actual Business Model: Sabotage, Blackmail, and 400,000 Misconduct Reports

The founding myth of Uber, two men in Paris unable to hail a cab on a snowy night, is, according to the clip I covered, a total fabrication. Multiple competitors were already building app-based car services. Uber's original product was a luxury black car app that underperformed. Lyft, not Uber, developed the ride-sharing model we recognize today, after observing how carpools were organized during a trip to Zimbabwe.

Uber's actual competitive strategy was to launch in cities so fast, and with so few safety standards, that regulators couldn't act before Uber was already embedded in daily life. Drivers were sometimes convicted violent felons who had barely been checked for valid licenses. Women using the app assumed that because it was so large and ubiquitous, it must be regulated to some degree. That assumption cost some of them severely.

The result was 400,000 reports of misconduct in five years. Uber's executive response to journalists covering those stories included a proposal to blackmail the reporters. When rivals competed on service quality, Uber employees created fake accounts on competing apps, booked rides, and canceled to drain driver earnings and push them toward Uber. When customers tried to cancel Uber One subscriptions they had been enrolled in without consent, they faced 23 screens and 32 required actions to complete the cancellation.

I said what I said: that is not innovation. That is a company that grew faster than its competitors because it had zero morals, and made its service cheaper because taxi companies faced strict FBI fingerprint-based background checks while Uber did not.

Augusta National, the Green Jacket Curse, and the Fruitland Nurseries History

Before Augusta National was a golf course, the land was occupied by Fruitland Nurseries, dating to the 1800s. Workers over the years have reported hearing footsteps on an empty course, seeing shadows near tree lines, and feeling watched when no other person is present. Whether that history was intentionally softened in public accounts is a question I raised without a definitive answer.

The green jacket, the Masters' signature prize, has been attached to a curse theory based on winners experiencing sudden performance slumps, injuries, and personal difficulties after claiming it. Amen Corner, the most famous stretch of the course, is described by players as a place where wind shifts without warning and momentum collapses instantly, as if the course itself is making a decision.

Bobby Jones, Augusta's founder, is said by some to still be present on the grounds, not in a frightening way but in the sense of a persistent watchful presence ensuring nothing changes. A haunted golf course is, I confirmed, a first for this channel.

Adam Jacobs, No Tape Left Behind, and 10,000 Concerts on the Internet Archive

Adam Jacobs started recording concerts as a teenager in the 1980s because he was attending three or four a week and figured he should document them. Over the next thirty years he captured over 10,000 performances, including early Nirvana at a small club before the band had broken nationally.

In 2023, a documentary about Jacobs led Brian Emerick to reach out through the Internet Archive and propose digitizing the entire collection. Many of Jacobs' oldest tapes were already disintegrating. Emerick launched No Tape Left Behind in 2024, picking up roughly 20 boxes of tapes from Jacobs' home each month, repairing broken ones, transferring files, routing audio to other volunteers for cleanup, and then spending days tracking down song titles for proper cataloguing.

As of this broadcast, roughly 6,000 concerts are already available on the Internet Archive for free public access. Emerick estimates several more years before the project is complete. None of the volunteers are being paid. No real copyright issue applies. I see the preservation value clearly. My tinfoil hat sees the downside of digitizing everything just as clearly.

The Dolphin Kidnapping Accounts: Tampa Bay, Oxygen Caves, and Children Underground

Two separate individuals, both in Florida, have given accounts of being pulled underwater by dolphins into enclosed caves that somehow contained breathable oxygen. The first account I had covered previously: a Florida man pulled 40 feet under by three dolphins and held for three days. The second account came from someone claiming military affiliation near a Tampa Bay base in 2018.

In the second account, a dolphin grabbed the witness by the foot during a swimming exercise and pulled him into a cave system. Inside, he found hundreds of children who appeared human but spoke no recognizable language. The dolphins, he claimed, communicated with him in a way he could understand. He also described touching something glowing on the cave wall that left his hand glowing after contact.

I noted the structural similarities between the two accounts are striking. I also noted that research classifies both as fabricated hoaxes, and I am inclined to agree with the research. I covered it because it was in the compilation and because the parallel structure of two independent-seeming accounts for the same implausible event is itself worth documenting.

Swae Lee, Lighting Effects, and When to Stop Before You Reach for Demons

A clip of rapper Swae Lee circulated with claims that his face visibly transforms during a performance, with some viewers attributing it to demonic possession or industry occult influence. The original poster added a disclaimer that it may have been the lighting.

I applied the same standard I apply to every ambiguous visual claim: bad footage, strobe lights, and low exposure are the explanations you exhaust first. The staging environment for a live performance involves precisely those three factors at maximum intensity. The clip is not evidence of anything supernatural. It is evidence that stage lighting at a rap concert produces unflattering and distorted camera captures.

The broader claim, that high-profile music industry contracts contain clauses forbidding artists from saying the name of Jesus while permitting ritual practices, comes from Kanye West among others. I treat that as a reported claim made by a named source, not as a verified contractual fact. The logic I found more interesting was one step further out: that the devil worship framing may itself be a designed setup for a staged unifying event, with the rescue being the actual product.

Cloud Surveillance, Digital Cyborgs, and the Streaming Control Theory

The argument in this clip is that streaming was designed from the start as a real-time content editing infrastructure, not a distribution convenience. If your media lives on someone else's server, that entity can alter it after the fact. You own nothing. You cannot verify what you originally watched against what is now available.

The deliberate undersizing of local storage on modern computers, the speaker argues, is part of the same architecture: push everything into cloud servers where it can be monitored, learned from, and controlled. The theological overlay frames cloud AI as a spirit that must learn rather than an omniscient entity, and therefore requires human data uploads to approach omnipresence.

I covered this because it sits adjacent to documented concerns about cloud data ownership, algorithmic content modification, and the structural incentives of platforms that profit from surveillance. The supernatural framing is not mine. The underlying question about who owns and can alter the record of what you have seen and heard is legitimate.

I credited Williams' Christopher Walken impersonation video as the entry point that sent me down the Schwarzenegger-Walken comparison rabbit hole during this episode.
  • Tim Burton
    Person
I identified Tim Burton's Batman film as the source of the only photo I could locate that appears to show Schwarzenegger and Walken in the same frame, albeit in the background.

What did Toba Noel do before Jeffrey Epstein was found dead?
Forensic records show Toba Noel Googled the phrase 'latest on Epstein in jail' twice on her work computer terminal less than one hour before Epstein was found unresponsive in his Manhattan cell in August 2019. During her subsequent interview with federal investigators, she said she did not remember making those searches and questioned whether the digital records were accurate. The logs tie the queries directly to her desk terminal.
What was inside Jeffrey Epstein's safe when investigators drilled it open?
Investigation photographs from the 2019 raid on Epstein's Manhattan house show what appear to be binders holding CD discs, loose CDs, multiple passports, cell phones, and coin purses. Investigators claimed the passports and phones belonged to women staying with Epstein, though government-released documents have previously confirmed Epstein held multiple passports in his own name. The contents of the binders and discs have never been publicly accounted for, and Epstein's team reportedly received advance warning of the federal approach before the raid.
Who was George Kenney and what happened to his students?
George Kenney was the former principal of North Port High School in Florida who conducted filmed hypnosis sessions with students without authorization. Three students he was hypnotizing all died the same semester: Marcus died in a car crash with no medical cause found; Wesley died by suicide after returning home appearing to be in a trance following a session; and Britney also died by suicide after Kenney denied hypnotizing her until a tape surfaced proving he had. Kenney is currently collecting a full California pension. The case is covered in an HBO documentary called Look Into My Eyes and on Investigation Discovery's Curious Case docu-series.
What suspicious cash deposits were linked to Epstein prison guard Toba Noel?
JP Morgan Chase flagged a pattern of cash deposits into Toba Noel's account and filed a suspicious activity report to the FBI in late 2019. Between 2018 and mid-2019 she received roughly twelve unexplained cash deposits totaling nearly $12,000. The single largest deposit was $5,000 on July 30, 2019, ten days before Epstein's death and shortly after she began working in the special housing unit where he was held. Federal investigators did not press her on those deposits during her sworn interview. Criminal charges against Noel and fellow guard Michael Thomas were later dropped after they accepted deferred prosecution deals and agreed to cooperate with investigators.
Who is Adam Jacobs and what is the No Tape Left Behind project?
Adam Jacobs is a music fan who began recording concerts as a teenager in the 1980s, ultimately capturing over 10,000 performances including early Nirvana shows before the band became famous. In 2024, volunteer Brian Emerick launched No Tape Left Behind to digitize Jacobs' archive through the Internet Archive, repairing deteriorating tapes and uploading the files for free public access. As of April 2026, roughly 6,000 concerts have been uploaded, with several years of work remaining. None of the volunteers are compensated.
Did Lyft actually invent ride-sharing before Uber?
According to the source covered in this broadcast, yes. Lyft developed the ride-sharing model we recognize today after observing how carpools were organized during a trip to Zimbabwe. Uber's original product was a luxury black car app that underperformed, and Uber X was launched as a direct copy of Lyft's model after Lyft was already doing well. Uber gained dominance not through product innovation but through a strategy of launching in cities faster than regulators could respond, maintaining near-zero safety standards, and engaging in documented practices including fake account sabotage of rival apps and the unauthorized enrollment of customers in Uber One subscriptions.
What is the dolphin kidnapping story from Tampa Bay?
Two separate individuals in Florida have given accounts of being pulled underwater by dolphins into enclosed cave systems containing breathable oxygen. The second account, which I covered in this episode, came from someone claiming military affiliation near a Tampa Bay base in 2018. That individual described being pulled into a cave and finding hundreds of children who spoke an unrecognizable language, with dolphins present in a shallow pool. He also described touching a glowing substance on the cave wall that left his hand glowing. Research classifies both accounts as fabricated hoaxes, a conclusion I share.
What is the Uber blackmail scandal about?
When journalists began reporting on the volume of assault and misconduct cases linked to Uber drivers, a senior Uber executive proposed blackmailing those journalists as a response strategy. This came amid a broader pattern of documented misconduct that included Uber employees creating fake accounts on rival ride-share apps to cancel rides and frustrate drivers into leaving those platforms, charging customers for Uber One subscriptions without consent, and designing the cancellation process to require 23 screens and 32 actions to complete. Uber's lack of meaningful driver background checks led to 400,000 misconduct reports over five years.
